For the next chapter of "Sin City Stories", Jeff is pleased to be collaborating with Meagan & Anthony Smith of "Mayhem In The Desert", an amazing Las Vegas True Crime blog that goes in-depth on the darker side of Sin City's history.  From murder, to bombings, to kidnappings and more, Mayhem In The Desert takes you far beyond the headlines of the tales you're familiar with and brings you the never-before-heard stories that helped to shape the city of Las Vegas.

About Mayhem In The Desert

​

Mayhem In The Desert is researched & written by Meagan & Anthony Smith, born-and-raised Las Vegans who grew up listening to their relatives recount the famous crimes that helped define the city, as well as the influence of organized crime they witnessed during their day-to-day lives during the 1960's & 1970's.

​

In October 2019, Meagan & Anthony, who are also long-time true crime fans, decided to bring these stories to life by creating a website to tell the tales of the darker side of Sin City and explore how these often-forgotten stories shaped the history of Las Vegas.

When not researching & writing Mayhem In The Desert, Meagan works on varied art projects and Anthony works as an attorney.
